Beechworth Honey Pty Ltd and its affiliates provide our on line shopping services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Beechworth Honey, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Beechworth Honey on line shopping service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Beechworth Honey, whether or not included in the Beechworth Honey Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. By making an online purchase from Beechworth Honey you agree that you have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions.
We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses. Private mailboxes (PO Boxes), or overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 7 working days.
We do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart.

Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax).
Product Delivery Restrictions
Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honey (runny or creamed honey) or beeswax products (eg. candles) into Western Australia. All other products may be shipped to Western Australia (eg. beauty, drinks, gourmet range etc).
All delivery fees are set at $15 per order. If you spend over $100 delivery is free.
Only delivery to Australian residential and business addresses are accepted (PO Box or international shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if wish to discuss further.
We use Fast Way Couriers (primary freight partner) or Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
Please make sure that delivery address and post code are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
All shipments will be dispatched WITHOUT request for a delivery signature. The courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe location.
It is best if someone is available to receive the delivery directly. If you prefer to sign for your parcel, please make note in the comments section when placing your order.
If your order includes Beechworth Honey Mead (alcoholic product) then this delivery will be shipped with the requirement for the receiver to sign for the goods. The receiver must be an adult (over 18 years of age).
We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
Beechworth Honey does not store nor process any Credit Card information.
Beechworth Honey Pty Ltd retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.
Beechworth Honey Pty Ltd reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our honey and honey products and it should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order if you are not happy with what you have received, please call us right away on 03 5728 1433 or email email@example.com and we will endeavour to address any concerns as soon as possible.
Beechworth Honey is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact our team on 03 5728 1433 within 7 days to discuss your return options with one of our friendly staff.
We are happy to provide an exchange where the product is faulty, unfit for the purpose intended or an incorrect size. In order to exchange you may be asked to provide proof of purchase so please retain all receipts issued to you. Where we agree to a product return we will arrange free return delivery of the item from you and a replacement product from the same range to an equivalent value if the item purchased is unavailable for any reason.
Privacy & Your Information
We retain details necessary for successful fulfilment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes for example emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, and name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient. We do not sell contact details to any other companies. We will never cold call you for marketing purposes. Credit card details are not retained after payment has been received.

Membership to Our Honey Club
Once you complete the online shopping cart registration or join our honey club from the online subscription form you instantly become a member/subscriber of our Honey Club. We use your contact details to email you information regarding Beechworth Honey and our Honey Club. You can unsubscribe to the Honey Club at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email communications.
Beechworth Honey will store your details securely with the express purpose of contacting you regarding Beechworth Honey and will not share your details with third parties.
